Information Security Policy
LISIS LOSS ADJUSTERS LTD aims at providing their Services in accordance with the current Legal and Regulatory framework and its other contractual obligations, in a manner that protects information from intentional or unintentional theft, destruction, or use in violation of Laws and Regulatory Provision.
The purpose of information security is to ensure the Company’s operational continuity and to minimize the risks that threaten information, by preventing security incidents and reducing the potential impact of such incidents.
Context
This Information Security Policy is applied by all Company personnel involved in the execution of the Services, as well as to the equipment used and the facilities utilized by the Company in the context of providing the Services, including any additional terms set out in all relevant contracts.
Policy Analysis
The objective of the Security Policy is to protect the Company’s and its Clients’ information assets from all internal, external, intentional or unintentional threats. The Company’s specific objectives regarding Information Security are:
- To ensure that Information is protected from all unauthorized access.
- To secure Information confidentiality
- To protect the integrity of Information.
- To protect the availability of Information.
- To uphold all legal and regulatory requirements.
- To develop, implement and test Business Continuity Plans.
- To train all company members with regards to Information Security.
- To fully investigate all security incidents or suspected security incidents.
To achieve the above objectives, specific Security Policies and Procedures have been developed and implemented, outlining the management’s directives, the method of implementing each Policy or Procedure, and all roles and responsibilities. All personnel and external partners (when required) are obligated to comply with the Security Policies relevant to their areas of activity.
